The Agent acts exclusively as a commercial intermediary and is not an importer.
The final buyer bears full responsibility for import, customs clearance and all related payments.
The Agent does not bear responsibility for delays, sanctions or costs related to customs clearance.
The Agent acts exclusively as a commercial intermediary between the Supplier and the final Buyer.
The Agent is not the owner of the goods, does not participate in the purchase and sale agreement of goods and does not act as importer.
The final Buyer is the sole responsible person for import of goods, customs clearance, payment of duties, taxes and any other mandatory payments arising in connection with import of goods into the territory of the destination country.
The Agent does not bear any responsibility for delivery delays, detention of goods, fines, sanctions or any costs arising as a result of improper or untimely customs clearance of the goods by the final Buyer.
Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted on the Site.
The Site Administration has the right to change this Agreement without prior notice to users. Continued use of the Site means acceptance of the updated terms.
